The personnel was very very helpful and affable. We stayed in the king suite equipped with bedroom and big comfortable beds plus the bathroom.

The place deserved 4 stars. The room was well decorated and huge and with big comfortable beds and the bathroom. Having shower facilities, a hairdryer, and bath robes was a bonus. Every staff member was friendly and very amiable.
The room was slightly cold, for me personally.

We all had a really great stay in this amazing and lovely hotel. All of the staff were amiable and helpful. The double room was huge, beautifully decorated, with a generous sized bathroom. The venue was close to the beach and so close to Liverpool Central Library. Appreciated our time at the hotel, thank you.

We truly enjoyed sleeping 1 night in this hotel. The breakfast was plentiful with variety of choice. The staff turned out to be attentive. Its location in Bridport was stunning, very close to the pub below, the sea, and the beach.
